The Founder – Ali Hamdan
Kalhibih Drinks was founded by Ali Hamdan, a Maldivian hospitality professional with over 16 years of experience in luxury resorts and beverage operations.

Ali is known for his dedication to beverage craft and his passion for developing creative drink concepts.
He is also the first Maldivian certified by the International Bartenders Association (IBA) and has won several mixology competitions, including the Masters Macallan Maldives title in 2024.
Hospitality & Guest Experience – Charline Irminger
Kalhibih Drinks is supported by a strong background in hospitality and guest experience.

Charline Irminger brings experience from luxury resorts including Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa, Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi, Siyam World, and Seaside Finolhu. Her work in front office operations and guest services has focused on creating smooth, welcoming experiences for guests and supporting hospitality teams in delivering high service standards.

Kalhibih Drinks is not a typical café or bar. The concept focuses on modern mixology without alcohol.
